We process bulk orders only

Update May 01, 2004 -

General Price increase of $480.00 per 20' container

This is for the higher fuel oil costs and Port Entry fees and general wage increases overseas

One company we use is American Container Line - it may be very helpful to you if you visist their web site. Then you can see first hand about the system and charges.

http://www.americancontainerline.com

We use several companies and we do shop for the best rates for you. If you have a preferred carrier - let us know - we are here for you.

- to the USA freight companies ship to West Coast ports or East Coast ports and then truck from there. In the UK they ship to Felixstowe commonly and truck from there. Once your order is on its way, they will contact you direct with manifest and ship and arrival details.
So, you can make your own arrangements from the bonded warehouse in the city you pay to ship to.
This is often cheaper than using the freight company they choose.
The difference between the rate they show for freight and what we tell you is due to local crate construction and getting it loaded into the right containers.
And then there is the EXPORT Charge ( I think this is someone's retirement money, but we are stuck with it).

The time to ship to the Continental USA is about 3-5 weeks.

Pacific Rim Countries are about the same .

Europe takes about about 4 weeks.

Air Freight is very expensive so we do not recommend it.

There is a crating fee paid in Vietnam and this averages $25.00 per cubic meter. up from $20.00

The other fees below are paid at your end, normally. There is also an export fee - this varies with products. Again, with all these charges we suggest a minimum of 6 cubic meters so that they do not have as much impact on your cost.

Per order charges - regardless of number of cubic meters - up to a full container - then it goes lower - Rates are as follows:

Handling Fee --------------------$75.00 per shipment
Customs Clearance------------- $100.00 per shipment
Customs Bond ------------------$55.00 per shipment
CFS In/OUT charge------------ $75.00 per shipment
Lift Gate ------------------------$85.00 per shipment

Total ----------------------------$390.00 (can vary)

This is why we suggest a minimum of 2 - 6 cubic meters.
This amount is the same for 1 cubic meter or 29 cubic meters. The more you can order the less your profit is eaten.

then (as an example)
DDC (destination delivery charge - lower if you arrange of course)------$31.00 per Cubic Meter or more

Freight is FOB Vietnam - unless prepaid

There is a $10.00 per shipment charge if you require a "Certificate of Origin"

Shipments are figured out in cubic meters and the charge for one cubic meter varies with country of destination. Ask us for rates to your country.

Examples are: Ausralia $65.00 per cubic meter -- USA west coast $75.00 - $115.00 per cubic meter - UK $85.00 - $130.00 per cubic meter.. UK shipments normally land at Felixstowe and are then trucked.

Four 1.0 meter boats makes up one cubic meter.

You can order on-line using your PAY PAL account - go here first and follow the instructions

We must charge a surcharge of 6% on all Credit Card orders and Pay Pal orders since the prices are based on a cash purchase and our bonus is too low to absorb the losses in Vietnam.

For normal orders we supply you with our bank information so that you can use the SWIFT code system which is very low in fees. about 1% only
